To start Nana was great packing my order, very interactive with me. The package was shipped right away and I got a tracking number, I like that. The product was received very fast, like 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. I opened the box and it was packed very carefully in a bubble bag and bubble wrapped to ensure nothing breaks. The product in this case beads were so beautiful and just as it looked on tv. This is a high quality product and worth the cost which is better than seen elsewhere on tik tok.
